Privacy

Privacy notice for public website contact.

This notice describes the public Anrixa website, inquiry form, role mailboxes, and product-support contact routes. It is written around the current site behavior and should be reviewed whenever analytics, CRM, payment, or additional product services are added.

Information you may send

If you contact Anrixa, you may provide your name, email address, company or organization, inquiry type, region or context, timeline, and project message. This information is used to reply to the inquiry, understand the requested work, route support messages, and keep a basic operational record.

Contact form processing

The contact form posts to Anrixa’s own contact endpoint when enabled. Valid messages may be delivered by email and logged for operational follow-up. The form also contains a hidden anti-spam field. Do not submit passwords, private keys, confidential credentials, or sensitive personal information through the public contact form.

Product support

Messages sent to support addresses may be used to investigate product behavior, reproduce issues, prepare support replies, and improve documentation. If an app or product publishes a separate privacy policy, that product-specific policy applies together with this website notice.

Retention and access

Anrixa keeps inquiry records for communication, project review, legal/accounting needs, and support continuity. Access is limited to people or systems needed to handle the inquiry. Public website visitors can request correction or deletion of contact information by emailing contact@anrixa.com.

Cookies, analytics and external links

The current static site does not require visitors to create an account to read public pages. If analytics, advertising pixels, CRM tools, embedded videos, payment tools, or newsletter systems are added, this notice will be updated to match the actual behavior. Public links to GitHub, X, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Zoho mail, app stores, or other external services are governed by those services when visitors leave anrixa.com.

Security and sensitive information

Visitors should not submit passwords, server credentials, API keys, private customer records, government identifiers, medical information, or other sensitive data through the public form. When a project requires confidential files, a separate agreed channel should be used. Security reports need clear reproduction detail without destructive testing.

Changes to this notice

This notice is revised when the website adds new data collection, product accounts, analytics, payment processing, newsletter subscriptions, user dashboards, or product telemetry. The page exists so the public website remains aligned with actual behavior instead of carrying generic legal text unrelated to the system.

Practical visitor guidance

If you only browse public pages, the site is designed to provide company, product, service, pricing, FAQ, support, and technical-article information without requiring an account. If you use the contact form, you choose what information to submit. The safest practice is to describe the project or support issue clearly while keeping secrets and private customer records out of the first message.

If a later project requires confidential files or server access, those materials should be shared through a separate agreed workflow with appropriate access control. Public website contact is for starting communication, not for transferring sensitive operational credentials.
